- Measurements are approximate and may vary slightly due to the unique, handmade nature of each item
- This item is handmade to order in our Devon-based workshop. It will not be an exact replica of the item pictured.
- Do not use real candles in, on, or near this item. Wood is flammable and these are not designed for use with candles.
- Due to the nature of the knotty pine wood we use to craft your item, each one will be unique with its own character. This includes things like full knots, partial knots, missing parts, splits, etc. This serves as a part of the product style and does not impact it's functionality. If you have specific preferences for your item, please reach out to us!
- Custom-made items are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective, but if you have any issues, please let us know and we'll do our best to help!
- While we try our best to ensure the photos we take are accurate, the colours may vary slightly due to different screens, camera settings and even the characteristics of the wood. We offer a colour sample if you'd like to make sure you'll be pleased with the colour you receive
- In order to reduce unnecessary waste and due to the variation in wall types, we do not include fixings with this item. Please ensure that you use fixings that are appropriate for your wall type
Dispatch & Delivery Information
Most of our products are made to order, so require some time to be cut, glued, painted, etc. before dispatch. The amount of time required depends on the exact product and is displayed on the product page for each item.
If you require large amounts of products, we kindly request that you get in touch with us to ensure that we can give you an accurate lead time for the amount you require.
When you place an order with multiple products & lead times, the entire order will be subject to the longest product lead time, to ensure that we have enough time to get your order put together and dispatched in a single delivery. If you need some items quicker, please order them separately so they can be fulfilled within a separate timeframe.
The lead time displayed is for working days and does not including weekends or public holidays. We also have a cut-off time of 12 noon, orders placed after this time will take an additional day to process & dispatch.
Delivery
We use various methods to deliver your order, depending on factors such as order value, size and weight. Our standard service is Royal Mail, but we also ship using Parcelforce, DHL and other couriers as required.
Standard delivery orders should arrive within 3-5 working days from dispatch and we also offer next working day as an additional delivery option. Please note that we are unable to fully guarantee delivery timeframes as your delivery is outside of our control once in the possession of the courier. If you have problems, please get in touch with us and we'll do our best to help!
Delivery Prices
We like to keep our delivery prices as simple as possible, whilst not overcharging for small orders. If you'd like to get your order a little quicker, we offer a next day delivery option for an additional £0.50 for small orders or £3.00 for larger orders.
Please note that these delivery costs are only applied to orders within the United Kingdom.
