I absolutely love my new hand turned Christmas trees and snowman. I also wanted something slightly different to that which was available and after a brief discussion with That Woodhouse Mouse they were only too happy to accommodate my request of an extra chunky, large, oak picture frame. I was notified on the Tuesday evening that my parcel would arrive on the Thursday and given a tracking number to follow its progress; each item was carefully packaged ensuring its safe arrival in perfect condition. Adam and Stephen have been absolutely amazing through the whole process. They found ways in which we could add characteristics to one of the products to help identify between the salt and the pepper grinder.
